NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not improve your chance of winning. Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Employees of the Sponsor, Techtronic Industries North America, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliate companies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Independent contractors and consultants of Sponsor, including any bloggers, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited. Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. EDT September 18, 2015 and ends on October 19, 2015.

Entries must be submitted by midnight on October 19, 2015 and upon submission shall become the property of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to use your entry and any comments or images submitted in future marketing campaigns.

To enter, you must:
1) Have a valid Instagram account through www.instagram.com;
2) Post a photo to your Instagram account of your gameday set-up or tailgate; and
3) Tag @RYOBIOutdoors and include the hashtag #RYOBITailgate in your post of your gameday set-up and tailgate.

Each valid photo will result in one (1) Sweepstakes entry.

One (1) winner will be randomly selected and then announced on October 20, 2015. There are no maximum number of entries. Chances of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will receive one (1) RYOBI 1000 Watt Digital Inverter Generator (Model #RYi1000) with an approximate retail value of $459, as determined solely by Sponsor.

Winner will be required to provide full name and street address, sign an affidavit of eligibility, a release and a publicity release, where permitted. Winner is not entitled to exchange, transfer the prize or obtain a cash substitute. Prize includes shipping and handling. All applicable taxes, including all federal, state, local and other taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Sweepstakes sponsored by Techtronic Industries North America, Inc., 1428 Pearman Dairy Road, Anderson, SC 29625. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes at any time in its sole discretion.

By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by Sweepstakes rules and by decisions of judges, which are final as to all Sweepstakes-related matters. In addition, by participating in this Sweepstakes and/or accepting any prize that may be won, entrants agree to release the Sponsor, its respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies, Instagram, and prize suppliers, and the officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees of each (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize. Entrants also authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data and city and state of residence in programming or promotional material or on a winner’s list (if applicable) without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

This Sweepstakes is not associated with, sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram. By entering, you agree to provide your information to Sponsor and not to Instagram. Sponsor is not responsible for failed, partial or garbled electronic transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Sponsor shall not be liable for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or incomplete entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web-site. In the event of a dispute over an electronic entry, prize will be awarded to the owner of the account, not the name provided in the affidavit of eligibility.

These official rules and the interpretation of its terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in or closest to the County of New York in the State of New York. The parties agree not to raise the defense of forum non conveniens.
